When Kris learned about a beautiful open lot on the corner in Aspen Ridge, she jumped at the chance to create a modern farmhouse masterpiece. Her childhood served as inspiration as she developed the custom design—from foundation to floral touches, and everything in between.
The second floor features a distinctive staircase with rough
wood custom-made steps and black metal lighting and chandeliers. A large master
suite features a stand-alone black and white tub, and his and her closets with
sliding barn doors.
Stark white with black trim, the exterior features a long front porch with benches and perfectly placed flower boxes. Kris’ signature large windows provide plenty of views from the inside out on the extra wide, corner lot. The black and white theme is carried throughout the sleek, modern two-story. The open kitchen, dining and living area features beautiful reclaimed, rough hewn wood that continues throughout the house.
